Damaged/Incorrect Orders:
KlassyKollections is all about making sure our customers are 100% satisfied so
to ensure this, we make sure all of our products undergo strict qualifications before issuing out merchandise. We DO NOT allow returns, also no refunds in cash money. If for any reason we are at fault of defective merchandise, the customer will need to return the product back to us in the exact state it was in while being delivered. After thoroughly looking through the product, and we noticed KlassyKollections is at fault in this manner, the customer will be given a 100% full refund on their order in the form of a refund being processed off the site. IF STATED YOU WILL BE RECIEVING A REFUND PLEASE WAIT 10-15 BUSINESS DAY NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS FOR YOUR REFUND TO CLEAR.
Undeliverable packages, incorrect addresses and/or refused deliveries:
BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME. If for some reason your billing and shipping address are different, we will require you to submit the bottom part of your state ID or driver license to ensure you are the buyer. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your order, and you will be refunded.
Refund Policy:
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.. COVID-19 Refund Policy: Due to sanitary reasons, KlassyKollections does not allow refunds or returns in the months of the coronavirus. Please make sure to choose the correct size, and color of the product you are wanting to receive. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY FORM OF REFUNDS ON PACKAGES THAT STATE DELIVERED. If for any reason you have received the wrong merchandise, you have exactly 1 week after the package states delivered to return your products for an exchange. The PACKAGE MUST BE IN THE SAME EXACT STATE IT WAS DELIVERED IN. Outfit must not be cut, wet, washed, or taken out of the original wrap.
COVID-19 Shipping Policy : 2-3 days for processing, 3-5 days for shipping business days, not including weekends. Due to the effects of the coronavirus, shipping may have a slight delay that we are NOT in control of. Please note this is just an eta, there may or may not be shorter delivery times. Please allow 8 business days, NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS, after your order has been processed to receive a tracking number for your order. IF YOUR PACKAGE STATES DELIVERED AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED, YOU MUST TAKE THIS UP WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE. KlassyKollections will not be held accountable for packages stating delivered.
